Genesis 1:1 - "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth."

Hey there, little explorers! We are starting at the very beginning today, with the first chapter of the first book of the Bible, Genesis. This is where the story of everything begins!

In Genesis 1, we read about how God made the heavens and the earth, light and darkness, land and sea, plants and animals, and even us, people! He created all of this from nothing, just by speaking. Isn't that incredible?

You know, every time you make a drawing or build something with your toys, you're creating something new. But even the most amazing things we can make are just a tiny reflection of the awesome things God made.

So, next time you see a beautiful sunset or a night sky full of stars, remember that God, who loves you very much, made all of those things. And just as God created those beautiful things, He created you too!

He made you unique and special. So whenever you feel sad or think you're not good enough, remember, you're a masterpiece created by God! And since God doesn't make mistakes, you are perfect just the way you are!
